Beshmundir Temple Test – The "Perilous Path"
Already a popular raiding location in Atreia, Beshmundir Temple has two routes, with the "Perilous Path" being more difficult option, but the option that gives eternal grade items! My team of researchers took this route in Beshmundir Temple twenty times, and listed all fabled and eternal items collected from the monsters with names! Daevas struggle against these monsters, but Daevas do not know what Victor Shugo knows! All in the timing... akakak!

The Results from 20 Beshumundir Temple Runs
We killed every named monster on Beshmundir Temple’s Perilous Path 20 times, and acquired a total of 138 total items! Out of the total 138 items collected, 121 were fabled quality (including Wings), and 17 were eternal. Richer than the richest Shugo merchant!
*The tests were conducted using the same live settings on both patch 2.0 and 2.1 servers.
Victor’s Research Notes on Beshmundir
Eternal Armor: Items that dropped were evenly distributed by armor type.
Fabled Armor: The drop rate of pauldrons, gloves and shoes was higher than jackets and pants.
Weapons and Shields: The following Eternal weapons were acquired: Flarestorm’s Dagger, Stormwing’s Dagger, Stormwing’s Staff, and Stormwing’s Azure Scale Sword
Accessories: Stormwing Feather dropped consistently, but headpiece items were relatively difficult to obtain.
Beshmundir Item Drop Snap Shot (Perilous Path)
All findings point to solid conclusion: Victor Shugo is a genius, and item drop rates in Beshmundir have greatly increased in patch 2.1!
Beshmundir Item Drop Snap Shot (Normal)
Data for Beshmundir Temple Normal mode has also been collected for your reference! Now for Dark Poeta!
Dark Poeta
Shugo merchants know that I can look into 2.1, and always have the same nyerking question! "Victor Shugo! Amazing Victor Shugo! How much has the item drop rate in Dark Poeta increased in patch 2.1?"
Stupid shugos! Luckily for them, crew wanted to know too, so we collected the drop rate information together just for you! You and stupid shugos.

The Results from 20 Dark Poeta Runs (Patch 2.0 vs 2.1)
Same as Beshmundir Temple, team completed twenty Dark Poeta runs and recorded all items acquired from “Spiritmaster Atmach” to the class-shifting “Brigade General Anuhart”. No shugos were hurt during the research, but monsters were not so lucky.
Killed Named Monster List
Even with final named monster omitted from the list, a total of 68 fabled items (excluding Refining Stones) were acquired! This averages out to 3.4 fabled items per run, and with the inclusion of the final named monster, this number should easily rise to 4.

Dropped Items from the Named Monster Bosses of Each Grade
Unique feature of Dark Poeta is that parties get graded on their performance through the instance, with final monster hard or harder depending on grade!
Twenty named monster bosses were slayed at various grade levels to check new drop rate of fabled items. The information provided indicates what brave Daevas and stupid shugos can expect to receive at each grade!
The Result of 20 S Rank Runs: Tahabata Pyrelord Kills |
| One-handed Weapons: 6 Drops Two-handed Weapons: 2 Drop Armor: 7 Drops Necklaces: 4 Drops Tahabata Series: 2 Drops |
| A total of 21 fabled items dropped. Tahabata didn’t drop fabled or better graded items every run, but in some cases Tahabata dropped more than 5 items, which resulted in an average of 1 fabled item per kill! |
The Result of 20 A Rank Runs: Calindi Flamelord Kills |
One-handed Weapons: 2 Drops Two-handed Weapons: 4 Drops Armor: 7 Drops Necklaces: 3 Drops |
| 16 fabled items were acquired after killing Calindi Flamelord twenty times. Daevas should notice the superior drop rate compared to B or C Grade Monsters! If Daevas are looking for weapons or jackets from the Anuhart Series, we recommend they fight the A Rank boss. |
The Result of 20 B Rank Runs: Vanuka Infernus Kills |
Two-handed Weapons: 2 Drops Armor: 2 Drops |
| Vanuka dropped just 2 two-handed weapons and 2 jackets. The drops were not as good as the A Rank boss, Calindi Flamelord. If Daevas are looking for weapons or jackets from Anuhart Series, we recommend they fight the A Grade boss. |
| The Result of 20 C Rank Runs: Asaratu Bloodshade kills |
Armor: 3 Drops Necklaces: 1 Drop |
According to shugo research, a C Grade party in Dark Poeta is usually going for a quick run to obtain accessories or jackets. However, Asaratu Bloodshade, C Rank final Named Monster, also showed lower drop rates compared to the A Rank Boss, Calindi Flamelord. Remember, if Daevas are looking for weapons or jackets from the Anuhart Series, we recommend they fight an A Grade boss rather than the C Rank boss!

Fire Temple - The Drop Rate Test
After finishing his experiments on Dark Poeta and Beshmundir, Victor Shugo thought long and hard about his next destination. Then he was reminded of one of Atreia’s most popular locations: the Fire Temple! As before, Victor Shugo and his hardy crew completed the Fire Temple twenty times, all the time collecting information on the 2.1 drop rates. Let’s see what Victor’s research has revealed!

Fire Temple 20 runs… the results?
Within the Fire Temple are many named monsters that drop pretty good items! Creatures are known as Lava Gatneri,Black Smoke Asparn Kromede the Corrupt, Vile Judge Kromede!
Crew noticed that Black Smoke Asparn and Lava Gatneri only occasionally appear in the Fire Temple. Probably scared of Victor Shugo, yes yes, but whether or not they spawn or directly affects the drop rate of the White Flame series.
Tests were run in Fire Temple twenty times, and crew (all level 35 Daevas, using the exact same settings as the live server settings!) checked to see who had spawned each time, and who had run away, and listed all items that were dropped!

Named Monsters that drop the "White Flame" series
Daevas must never forget to check the two named monsters that drop the "White Flame" series! Crew nearly forgot one time, and crew nearly missed out on White Flame Longbow! Nyerk!
Our test results show that the probability of Lava Gatneri and Black Smoke Asparn spawning is around 35~40% with patch 2.1. After a total of 15 kills in patch 2.1, four White Flame series items dropped as opposed two White Flame drops from 11 kills in 2.0. In the past, Shugos heard stories of parties not even bothering to see if these monsters have spawned in order to save time. Now, according to these test results, there should be a good chance that you may run into them in the Fire Temple. That, combined with the drop rate increase, greatly increases your chances of obtaining great items!
Although not included in the test, we also noticed an increased drop rate of the "Fire Temple" armor series! Every time a Named Monster was killed, Daevas can expect at least one or more of these items. So, Daevas between levels 30 and 40 and in need of good gear should proceed to the Fire Temple as soon as possible!

Kromede the Corrupt
As smart Daevas know, Fire Temple has TWO versions of final boss. We encountered the more powerful and evil version (Vile Judge Kromede) a total of three times in patch 2.1, and twice in 2.0. Furthermore, after twenty Fire Temple runs, we were able to obtain seven of the Kromede’s item series, as well as nine Judgement series, compared to four from Kromede’s series and five from the Judgement series in 2.0. Sometimes, both series would drop simultaneously per kill!
