Tear of Luck appear all around Elysea, from Verteron to Theobomos. Click the links below to see exactly where these can spawn up.

 

IMPROTANT 

Be sure you are wearing the ring Sabotes gave you in order to extract the Tear of Luck.

*2.0 Update*  

There is a chance to gather a Tear of Luck from the higher level gatherables; Perer, Griffonia, and Lunime.

You must still have Sabotes’s ring equipped.

The Oath Stone can be purchased from Ophenes or Perena, who are in Caps and Straps along the Divine Road in Sanctum. It costs about 4 million Kinah per stone.
