A period, lasting from ca. 1000 BC to 1 BC, during which the Empyrean Lords, Daevas, and Humans went to war against the Dragon Lords, Balaur, and Sapiens, in order to stop the Balaur attempt to dominate the entire globe.


Once the Daevas mobilized into Legions, it gradually became apparent that the sides were evenly matched, and they locked into a bitter stalemate. Lord Israphel proposed peace talks, and the Dragon Lords agreed, but in the end, the Millennium War ended not because of a peace agreement, but due to a terrible disaster beyond anything yet seen in Atreia. For once the Aetheric Field was lowered and the Dragon Lords were inside the Tower, an attempt was made on one of their lives, and fighting broke out, more vicious than ever. Before anyone could stop it, the Tower shattered in a great Cataclysm, tearing the entire world into pieces.
