Life Potions Life Potions Edit

Life potions restore your health when used. This allows you to continue adventuring while minimizing resting time. Once a potion is used a 1 minute cooldown begins and no other potions can be used until the cooldown timer has ended. The exception to this is the Abyss potions, these potions are on a 5 minute cooldown. When used, no other Abyss potion can be used until the timer has ended.

 

There are also two different types of life potions. One type heals you over time and when used you will see green pop-up numbers appear consistently until the effect of the potion wears off. The second type instantly heals you in the event you are in need of a quick boost of health.

 

You can tell the difference between the various life potions by their icons:

Instant

Potions with this icon will instantly heal you. These are excellent for a quick boost of health when needed. There is a 1 minute cooldown applied when used, this means no other normal healing or mana potion can be used until the timer has ended.

Heal Over Time (HoT)

These potions will heal your character slowly over time. Useful when between combat engagements. These potions share the 1 minute cooldown with the normal heal potions as well as the normal mana potions.

Instant

Potions with this icon are Abyss healing potions. These Abyss healing potions allow you to heal a large amount of health instantly. They have a seperate 5 minute cooldown that is shared with other types of Abyss Potions.
