Earn this stylish tiara with Decrees of Valor!

Much like Coins, Decrees of Valor are awarded to players for completing Quests in Balaurea, and can be exchanged for Fabled accessories.


There are a number of Quests in Balaurea that award 1 Decree of Valor on completion. However, the [Group] Punish Beshmundir Balaur (Asmodian) and [Group] Cleansing the Temple (Elyos) Quests are the most efficient means to earn Decrees of Valor; both of these Quests award 5 Decrees of Valor on completion, and are repeatable.


To earn a Fabled belt, players will need to accumulate 100 Decrees of Valor, for a Fabled helm, players will need 200 Decrees of Valor.

Elyos players can earn Decrees of Valor from numerous Quests in Inggison, and turn in those Decrees of Valor to Versetti and Yulia for Fabled accessories.

Asmodian Decree of Valor Quests

Asmodian players can earn Decrees of Valor from numerous Quests in Gelkmaros, and turn in those Decrees of Valor to Valetta for Fabled accessories.
