Relics are found inside Fortress Instances and can be exchanged for Abyss Points

Abyss Relics in Fortress Instances

Abyss Relics in Fortress Instances edit

Abyss Relics are ancient objects that emanate divine energy and can be exchanged for Abyss Points (AP) at various NPCs throughout the Abyss.

About Relics

Relics can be found inside various types of Chests and Crates within Fortress Instances or by collecting your

         Veteran Rewards.

Some of these may be opened freely, others require a key from a certain boss, and some may even need to be

         opened by force.

Each instance contains multiple chests that can vary in

size, type, and contents.

About Fortress Instances

Protective Magic Ward

Your faction must be the conquering race to gain entry in to the Instance.

The entrance to each Instance is in the Artifact room of the fortress. There will be an entry point (picture, doorway, or statue) and a Quest NPC present at each. The Quests are not required for entry and can be repeated 200 times.

There are 8 different Fortress Instances. Three are available at level 30 and the other 5 open up at level 40. You cannot enter unless you are grouped and there is an 18hr reset time before making a second entry.

All instances have a timer: 5 that start when you cross a protective ward or doorway in the beginning, and 3 that are activated when you reach the final boss.

Relic Types and AP Exchange Rate

Relic Types and AP Exchange Rate edit

Relics can be exchanged for Abyss Points at certain vendors in the Abyss. Both Primum and Teminon have NPCs for each type of Relic. However, if you can survive a trip to the Core of the Abyss, you will find two Shugo NPCs that offer a considerable amount more AP for Goblets and Crowns.
