With boosted Magical Accuracy, Ranger traps should work better than ever! |
While there are no new skills in 2.7, there are a handful of tweaks to existing skills, including some welcome fixes for Assassins and Rangers, and reduced DP costs and cooldowns for numerous class skills.
See below for a complete list of general skill updates, as well as skill updates for each class.
General

Incorrect system messages were being displayed when characters used a skill increasing Enmity towards a target—this has been corrected.
Templar
Reduced the DP cost of the following skill from 3000 to 2000:

Increased the Magical Accuracy of all Ranger trap skills (this will cause both NPCs and players to resist the effects of all Ranger traps less often).
Increased the duration of the Movement Speed Reduction of the ‘Call Gryphu I' from 2 seconds to 3 seconds.

For --Sec, a protective shield blocks damage at a --% chance each time you are hit by Attack and increases your resistance to Stumble. The protective shield blocks --% of the damage you receive with each attack.

Quests | 2.7 PvP Quest Changes Platinum Medal Quests can now be completed faster, and Mastarius and Veille have been retuned, offering additional rewards. 2.7 Quests and Quest Changes 2.7 adds new Quests for the Crucible Coliseum and Padmarashka's Cave, and modifies a few fundamental Quests, including the Stormwing Quest chain. |
