1.9 Instanced Dungeon Changes
The 1.9 update brings a slew of changes to Instanced Dungeons, including the addition of the Heroic class Judge weapons (some of which are extendable) for mid-level characters, as well as relaxed entry requirements, increased drop rates, and fatter loots from select beasties.
Now Daevas can smack around Kromede from a safe distance with their extendable Spear of the Judge, or don a plundered Gentlewoman’s Dress or Princess’s Dress and dance a jig on Triroan’s desiccated remains. Continue reading to find out what else has changed for the better in 1.9.
Fire Temple
Quest Changes
Chalice Guard Denlavis’s level has been decreased to allow Asmodian Daevas to overcome the quest below with greater ease.

Drop Changes
Kromede the Corrupt and Vile Judge Kromede have discovered additional weapons in their sizable treasure troves! The two Kromedes will now have a chance to drop the Heroic level Judge weapons, including the extendable Spear of the Judge, Dagger of the Judge, and Warhammer of the Judge.

Indratu Fortress
Entering Indratu Fortress
There are now more Abyss Gates in Heiron which lead to the Indratu Fortress in Beluslan, and the durations of such gates have been increased.
The cooldown to re-enter Indratu Fortress has been reduced from 12 hours to 6 hours.

Draupnir Cave
Entering Draupnir Cave
With streamlined travel routes and more frequent departures from Heiron, embarking on a Draupnir Cave vacation has never been easier.
The Draupnir Cave Entrance in Heiron will now appear more often, and the duration it remains has been increased.
Quest Changes
The Elyos quest [Spy/Group] Key to the Cave has been adjusted; the drop rates on the Key Head and Key Tail have been increased.

Following considerable chastisement, the named monsters below have agreed to drop loot more often, and some of their drops have been adjusted as well.
Lucky Golden Saam now drops Fabled armor for all slots
Kind Saraswati now drops Fabled shoulder armor
Commander Nimbarka now drops Fabled leg armor

Theobomos Lab and Adma Stronghold
Entering Theobomos Lab
The door blocking the Ice Corridor has been removed, and as such, Queen Arachne will no longer carry the Ice Corridor Key.
Drop Changes
While Queen Arachne in Theobomos Lab will no longer carry the Ice Corridor Key, she now carries the Laboratory Chest Key. This key opens the Antique Treasure Chest. With a little luck, Daevas might be able to plunder a Gentlewoman’s Dress or a Gentlewoman’s Tiara (for Elyos) and a Princess’s Dress or a Princess’s Crown (for Asmodians).
With much sorrow, the named monsters in Theobomos Lab and Adma Stronghold have also agreed to an increase in the drop rates of their loot.

Drop Changes
Due to an unforeseen rupture in the space/time continuum, the named monsters of Dark Poeta now drop loot more often.
For the final boss monsters, the boss monster’s rank will determine the drop rates of their loot (the higher the rank the better the drop rate).

Entering Instanced Dungeons
Some Instanced Dungeons can now be entered after reaching a certain level, regardless of whether Daevas have completed the entrance quest.
Drop Changes
The final boss monster of the Nochsana Training Camp, the Nochsana General will now drop more loot more often.
The Lepharists in the Aetherogenetics Lab, Alquimia Research Center, and Azoturan Fortress have also agreed to provide their named monsters with more loot in the hopes of luring additional test subjects to their labs.
