1.9 Dredgion Changes
In hopes of inflicting more terror on the high Aether, the Balaur have upgraded the Dredgion and its personnel in the 1.9 update.
In response to the renewed threat, Michalis of Teminon Landing and Votan of Primum Landing are offering Silver Medals and Gold Medals to Daevas who fulfill certain objectives while aboard the Dredgion. In addition, the Abyss Points Daevas receive for conquering the Dredgion have been increased.

Captain Adhati |
The ire of the Dragon Lords has caused Captain Adhati to abandon his other pursuits (hunting the white whale) and focus all his efforts on making the Dredgion ship-shape.
Thus the Dredgion and its personnel have been upgraded (for better or worse), and Daevas desiring to conquer the Dredgion will have to alter their tactics.
Captain Adhati
The Captain of the Dredgion will now appear once the 5 Surkana on the Dredgion have been broken. Once the 5 Surkana are broken, a message will appear in the middle of the screen, and Captain Adhati will appear in the Captain’s Cabin (likely with a headache and a bottle of Vinna wine).
Dredgion Defense Shield
The Dredgion has a new Defense Shield located between the Armory and Gravity Control. The new Defense Shield will appear once the Baranath Churl is engaged.
Dredgion Personnel
Fearing the lash of Captain Adhati, the personnel aboard the Dredgion have become faster and more observant in their duties. The monsters aboard the Dredgion have had their speed increased and can now see through advanced stealth.
In addition, Captain Adhati has placed his fiercest warriors near the Surkana, and left the dawdlers to patrol the ship (statistics of monsters near the Surkana have increased, while the statistics of all other normal monsters have decreased).
Dredgion Rewards and Duration
Dredgion Rewards
Daevas will now receive more Abyss Points for conquering the Dredgion.
Dredgion Duration
Captain Adhati runs a tight ship, and Daevas will now be able to remain aboard the Dredgion for 40 minutes instead of 60 minutes.

Adjutant Kalanadi |
Supervisor Lakhane |
Following a stern conversation about responsibilities from Captain Adhati, Adjutant Kalanadi and Supervisor Lakhane will now appear at their posts aboard the Dredgion more often, and have also had the drop rates of their loot increased.

New Quests and New Rewards
Michalis of Teminon Landing is issuing rewards to Daevas brave enough to undertake new quests aboard the Dredgion. Some of the new rewards include Silver Medals and Golden Medals.
Reward | Quest | Quest Description |
300 Abyss Points 438,210 EXP Choice from following: Tasty Ormea Cocktail (5), Tasty Griffon Pasta (5), Tasty Klaw Sausage (5), Tasty Esosa Sushi (5), Tasty Triora Sandwich (5), Tasty Rynoce Steak (5), Tasty Aether Dumpling (5), or Tasty Rynoce Bulgogi (5) | [Group] Destroy Surkana | Destroy the special Surkana inside the Dredgion. |
Silver Medal 538,210 EXP | [Group] Dredging the Dredgion | Enter the Dredgion 3 times and defeat the 8 Baranath Fleshmenders. |
Gold Medal 638,210 EXP | [Group] Key to Chaos | Defeat the named monsters inside the Dredgion and bring proof to Michalis. |
The Silver Medal quest is simple and will be completed with ease by most Daevas who enter the Dredgion.
The Gold Medal quest is more difficult because some of the drops are random. The named monsters that spawn near the Surkana drop the Adjutant’s Seals and Captain’s Seals (which also have a 100% drop rate). However, the Auditor’s Diary and the Quartermaster’s Proxy are dropped by named monsters that spawn on the Dredgion at random (though their spawn rate has been increased).
